Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Manage, plan, and implement corporate recruitment plans, policies, and strategies so that job vacancies are quickly filled with the qualified candidates and handling structured reporting on attrition and recruitment status
  • Screen and interview qualified candidates for different functions and job positions in the country till recommendation placement of candidate by working with the line managers in order to ensure recruiting the best candidate
  • Manage recruiter services to provide quality candidates within target lead time to close the recruitment process and within budget
  • Develop effective working relationship with executive search firms, outsourcing company, legal advisor in order to ensure services providing in proper way
  • Manage and look for ways to continuously improve Talent Acquisition process to ensure effectiveness and satisfactory outcome to support future business
  • Work with Function Head or Line Managers or above levels to prepare and plan for headcount budgeting / manpower planning and recruitment in order to ensure recruiting are on time as plan
  • Manage recruitment team in order to make sure that all target KPIs and projects are achieved within time line with
  • Manage close-loop admin process from hiring to departure for in-coming and outgoing employees


 



Qualification:



Desired skills & experiences:



[MUST]



  • Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age 30-40

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in human resources management or any related field
    • At least 10 years of experience in HR especially in recruitment in a multinational company with well-established HR department and practice and/or in an international HR consulting firm
    • Good command of English
    • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving with multi-tasking skills
    • Knowledge of computer operations and computer systems analysis



PERFER                 



  • Possess attitude of "Can do"/Strong leadership
  • Experience in Logistics and Freight Forwarding busines




     



    Workplace Area:     Bangrak



     



    Working Hour:        Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17.00



     



    About the Benefit



    Salary:  70,000-80,000 THB/Month
