<Job Responsibilities>
- Support overall management: Registering all levels of safety as required by law, organizing meetings of the Safety Committee, and preparing meeting reports
- Support Safety tasks, providing knowledge of safety laws to relevant departments, handling safety plans, rules, and manuals. Submitting reports as required by law, and inspecting employee performance.
- Support Fire evacuation drills, preparing and summarizing the report of evacuation drills
- Support Safety activities: Conduct accident investigations, propose accident prevention guidelines, determine the users of each type of PPE, take care of PPE equipment, and handling Emergency equipment layouts. Provide first aid equipment, install safety equipment, test emergency equipment.
- Support Environmental tasks: Prepare environmental documents, handling an environmental risk register, Significant register, apply for various environmental permits with government agencies, control the transportation of unused materials and manage wastewater as required by law, manage waste in the factory, conduct internal inspections.
- Support General administrative duties: participation in organization activities, maintain international standard systems, comply with company policies and regulations
- Other assigned duties.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or other related field
- At least 1 years of working experience as Safety Officer in any manufacturing industry
- Conversational daily-middle level of English
- Knowledge of hazardous chemicals, ISO 14001, environmental laws, safety laws
- Planning skills, problem analysis skills, presentation skill, communication skill, fire extinguishing equipment skills
- Be able to attend Face to Face interview
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have working experience as Safety Officer in any automotive industry
