Sale coordinator (Japanese Speaking/Fresh graduate welcomed) (30K–40K) (SDG-117857)

<Job responsibilities>
- Visit clients at their home, room, condo, etc., to assess the cost.
- Advise customer on preparing for the move and Packing their belongings.
- Follow up and Coordinate with suppliers and the operations team.
- Deal with Clients who are mainly 90% Japanese
- Visit clients and deliver the logistics documents
(3-4 times/week)
- Monitor process to be on schedule and find problem solutions once needed
- Issue quotation and other Sales-related document
- Other duties assigned


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics
- At least 1 year of experience as a sales coordinator, sales support, sales, or customer service in any industry
- Fresh graduates with (N2 up)
-Conversational High level of Japanese N2 or N3 to Communicate with Japanese customer
- Basic level of English
- Able to visit clients 3-4 days/week in the Bangkok area, Rayong, and Chonburi (Depending on the situation) by own car or Company car
- Proficient in Microsoft office and Excel.
- Good service mind and ability to motivate and pressure environment.

Language Skill
English level : Basic
Japanese level : Conversational

Workplace Area: Bang Sao Thong, Samut Prakan
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri, Every Saturday 08.30-12.00 (Probation Period) Mon-Fri and Saturday twice a month 08.30-12.00 (After Probation Period) )
