Sale Instructor (Cosmetics) (23K–27K) (SDG-114821)
<Job responsibilities>
[Coordination]
- Oversee the promotion area, ensuring proper equipment setup and overall tidiness at the site.
- Organize promotions, and share updates through available channels at branch locations
- Conduct promotion on counter activities
- Coordinate product ordering processes for credit sales.
[Sales Target]
- Plan promotional strategies to increase monthly Sales, and present the Plan to the Brand Manager.
- Find new customers, propose activities to increase E and R customers, and plan activities for M customers then hold work meetings with the Brand Consultants team at the branch.
- Conduct monthly inspections and check products to ensure they meet the specified targets.
- Summarize Sales results and report on the outcomes of promotions at the branch to the Brand Manager.
- Sell products to offices and various departments to Find new customer groups and increase sales.
[Inspect and Record sales]
- Record total sales data every 5 days, calculate sales figures, and send the data to the Brand Manager.
- Summarize Sales reports, ranking Sales Data, and other reports for the Brand Manager.
- Check the number of customers, product stock, and GWP (Gift with Purchase)
[Manage counter, furniture, and promotional equipment]
- Oversee the overall appearance of the counter and massage room
- Organize display images, ensure cleanliness, and properly maintain tester products and GWP items.
- Prepare and display new products or main products, ensuring proper arrangement.
- Prepare ordering equipment for GWP in the on-counter/area promotion setup.
[Manage Brand Consultants]
- Oversee the overall image, personality, and appearance of Brand Consultants
- Ensuring they maintain professional grooming standards.
- Develop knowledge, mindset, sales skills, and customer management for F, E, R, and M customers.
- Follow up on Brand Consultants' participation in various campaign activities.
- Record the work activities of Brand Consultants each month
- Summarize their working days and overtime, and send the report to the HR department.
[Monitor product orders and stock inventory]
- Control product ordering and promotional items such as testers and GWP
- Review Brand Consultants' reports and expense claims, check stock inventory in each branch at least twice a year, and report the findings to the Brand Manager.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 24 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- At least 2-3 years experience in Sales to Department channel in cosmetic o apparel or everyday goods industry *Cosmetic is 1st priority
- Conversational middle level in English (communication with Japanese Managing Director and report)
- Able to use MS office, Especially Excel
<Preferable skills>
- Working knowledge cosmetic products, haircare, and health care.
