Sale Supervisor (Car Tire/Central) (60K–80K) (SDG-117024)

<Job responsibilities>
- Responsible for executing operations in Sales under superior manager. Your primary responsibility will supervise members of Sales Dept by developing members skills, and perform professionals to execute operations proactively with improving operations and activities of sales.
- Plan, analyze and organize daily sales activities to existing and potential customers in responsible areas, and contributes to team effort by accomplishing sales target and be responsible for sales results of areas in charge. (Please discuss during the interview)
- Develop new accounts to obtain more orders in order to expand business of the company.
- Resolve customers complaints and problems, maintain Strong relationship with customers to enhance royalty of company
- Control credit risks of customers by Monitoring credit limits and payment terms and following up delayed payments and outstanding balances.
- Supervise members of Sales Dept by supporting them through proper coaching and problem solving, and developing members competencies.
- Other tasks as assigned.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 28 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of relevant experience inthe tire business (Retailer Sales handling products such as Battery, Automotive Spare Parts, Lubricant)
- Experienced dealers Management
- Management Experiences, Motivating and guiding the team to stay focused on Sales target
- Conversational middle level of English, for internal work, email, and report
- Have own car and driving license (company Provide car allowance)
- Willingness to work in the Upcountry area and capable to relocate to other regions anytime in the future.
- Able to travel upcountry frequently depend on assigned location (Work trip) and sometimes stay overnight if needed
- Strong interpersonal, Sales communication, and presentation skills
- Have systematic and logical thinking abilities
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Experience in the tire business
- TOEIC score will be an added advantage

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: BTS Udom Suk
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday)
