Sales Administrator (18K–30K) (SDG-116490)
<Job responsibilities>
- Coordinate and communicate within the company group, customers, and service providers
- Receive orders and forecasts from customers, plan and process orders to the factory
- Coordinate between the Sales team, customer Support, and factory for the order and shipping status and Follow up documents related
- Response for customer Support Division and Sales documents (Filling)
- Attend delivery plan meeting
- Manage assignments related to ISO/IATF
- Review and check import-Export documents
- Prepare for report to Management
- Monitoring and tracking order & shipping status for customers with the factory to Be on schedule
- update or & shipping status between customer, factory, and service provider
- Visit client if necessary
- Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 23 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in related fields
- At least 1 year of experience as a customer support or sales coordinator in the Automotive industry *communicating with client is mandatory
- knowledge of import & Export and customs clearance
- Conversational high level of English (to communicate with overseas group companies via phone, email, and documents)
- Good computer skills in Outlook and MS Excel (Vlookup)
- Logically understand and Conduct repeated tasks
- Patient, Polite, and amicable manner within group company, customers, and service provider
- Be able to work under pressure
- Hard-working and high Responsibility
- Friendly and Strong service mind
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
-Experience in Automotive OEM or OEM relative background
- OEM ordering and or Logistic Experience
- Experience in ERP(QAD) System
- Experience with freight forwarder

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday)
