Duties
[Outline]: Work as a sales and manage the process of sale documents
Assisting the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation
Preparing and then following up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them
Must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner
Liaising between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints
Visit Client at customer’s site 3 times a week.
Working closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Minimum requirements]
Male & Female, Age between 25-35 years old
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
Good command English language
Computer Literacy
Experience in Logistics, focusing on Sea freight or Air freight
Have Own car with license.
Able to work at Silom branch .
Owned car with license.
[Prefer]
Experience in Marketing, BOI, Customer Service, Import-Export is advantage.
Understand Japanese culture, Good interpersonal, well-organized, initiative, service minded and
solving skills.
Languages skills:
English: Advanced conversation (Communicate with Japanese client)
Japanese: Not required
Workplace Area: Saladaeng/ Bangkok
Working Hour: Mon – Fri 08:30 – 17:30

Salary: 25,000-30,000 THB/ Month
