Sales Assistants (English Speaking) (20K–30K) (SDG-116233)

<Job responsibilities>
- Be able to Work as a Sales Assistant and can Handle many tasks such as coordinating with Sales to suppliers.
- Handle process of order with accuracy and timelessness, daily Communicate with customers and overseas co-workers
- Delivery Management and follow-up shipping documents.
- Submit quotations, Handle orders, and checking the orders Have the Correct prices, and product numbers.
- Inputting orders (Sales and purchase) and invoice issues, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure Sales, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Other related tasks as assigned by the Thai Sales manager.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 28 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- At least 2 year experience of Semiconductors and Electronic parts industry.
- At least 5 years of working experience as Sales Assistant.
- Conversational high in English (internal and Communication with client via call, email including Provide the document)
- Detail-oriented person
- Good personality
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Able to Communicate in Japanese

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday -Friday )
