<Job responsibilities>
- Work with the team to successfully Create Clients over South East Asia to expand the company Services and Introduce our Systemic Coaching for Organizational transformation
- Be an expert on our company's latest Systemic Coaching concept while playing an active role in creating collaboration and alignment within or across the organization for development projects.
- Using training and maximizing resources to continuously Develop own self as a qualified executive or learning coach.
- Upload high standards of a coaching 1 on 1 and group setup to enhance sustainable organizational transformation.
- Collaborate with internal and external parties within and across countries to increase high service quality and Business expansion

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมเพื่อสร้างลูกค้าในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ให้ประสบความสำเร็จเพื่อขยายบริการของบริษัท และแนะนำ Systemic Coaching สำหรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงองค์กร
- เป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญเกี่ยวกับแนวคิด Systemic Coaching ล่าสุดของบริษัท ในขณะที่มีบทบาทอย่างแข็งขันในการสร้างความร่วมมือและการจัดตำแหน่งภายในหรือทั่วทั้งองค์กรสำหรับโครงการพัฒนา

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Over 5 years working experience at any industry.
- Able to speak Japanese, English, Thai professionally and fluently.
- Business level of Japanese. (N2 up) (TBC)
- No Coaching qualifications or Coaching experience required.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- 4 years university graduates, study abroad experience in Japan, Europe, or U.S. are welcome.
- Management experience in any industry.

- สามารถพูดภาษาญี่ปุ่น อังกฤษ ไทย อย่างมืออาชีพและคล่องแคล่ว
- ทักษะภาษาญี่ปุ่น (N2 ขึ้นไป) (TBC)
- ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีคุณสมบัติ Coaching หรือมีประสบการณ์ Coaching

- ยินดีต้อนรับผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับมหาวิทยาลัย 4 ปี มีประสบการณ์การศึกษาต่อต่างประเทศในญี่ปุ่น ยุโรป หรือสหรัฐอเมริกา
- ประสบการณ์การจัดการในอุตสาหกรรมใด ๆ
- เห็นด้วยกับวัตถุประสงค์ของบริษัท
