Sales Coordinator (20K-27K) (SDG-51267)
<Job Responsibilities>
 In charge of import-export process
 Issue Purchase order base on forecast and inventory
 Issue Quotation , Invoice and some other sales documents
 Coordinate purchasing agreements with vendors
 Communicate with concerned departments, vendors, and executive management to ensure procurement goals and met (Clients are in Thailand and Oversea)
 Sometimes visit client to have meeting (1-2 times per month)
 Issue Quotation , Invoice and some other sales documents
 Other task as assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Female, age 24-29 years old
 Bachelor's degree in any related field
 At least 2 years’ experience of sales coordinator in import-export business
 Knowledge about trading of chemicals or automotive parts
 Good command of English (Conversational to Business level)
 Good communication skill to maintain relation with vendors and clients

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Be able to start working immediately
 Have a working experience in Japanese trading or manufacturing company
 Sales experience
 Have driving license

Workplace Area: BTS Chitlom, Bangkok
Working Hour: 9:00-17:30(Mon-Fri )
