Sales Coordinator (Assistant Manager, JP Speaking) (40K–80K) (SDG-114138)
<Job responsibilities>
- Mainly work in Bangkok office, Sub-work in Ayutthaya
- Need training at Ayutthaya factory around 3 months 2-3 times a week, but may not need training if the applicant has experience in the same industry.
- Contact and Coordinate between customers, planning TEAM, factory/suppliers
- Deal with client's order and demand
- Responsible and gathering for related documents such as invoice
- Support to make a Sales budget, report
- Meeting with another country's branch (delivery, cost, etc.) use English and/or Japanese as well.
- Visit customer with Sales persons.
- Visit Ayutthaya branch for relevant process after training, such as client visit, auditing, company meeting etc. (around 6 days per month as daily visit) by own drive, personal car.
- Other tasks as assignments
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 28 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree- At least 3 years as Sales Coordinator in Automotive, Electronics from Trading, Manufacturing or Logistic field
*Experience in Automotive industry is advantage
- Conversational High to Business level in Japanese with JLPT N2 or above (report to Japanese, communicate with another country's branches etc.)
- Conversational high in English (Communicate with oversea client, suppliers)
- Having personal car with driving license
- Comfort working in both Bangkok and Ayutthaya area
- Proficient of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having JLPT N1
- Experienced in both import and export
- Early join candidate
Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : Conversational
Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday-Friday, Saturday: 1-2 times a month)
