ผู้ประสานงานฝ่ายขายสาขาอีสเทิร์นซีบอร์ด (ระยอง)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with all concerned to get the cost to provide quotation to customers.
• Coordinate with related party to support customer requirements, including solve problem, implementation, and all logistics services responsibilities as one stop service.
• Follow up with customers and oversea inquiry, i.e., shipment status, related documents, billing, claim, and other requirements (if any)
• Monitor daily e-mails and business requirements from internal and external parties.
• Monitor cargo movement and give advice to Operation Team for smooth cargo handling.
• Maintain and develop business relationship with new/existing customers.
• Other responsibilities as per Company/Manager’s Assignment.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
• ประสานงานกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดเพื่อเสนอราคาให้ลูกค้า
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อสนับสนุนความต้องการของลูกค้า รวมถึงแก้ไขปัญหา ดำเนินการ และรับผิดชอบบริการด้านโลจิสติกส์ทั้งหมดในลักษณะบริการครบวงจร
• ติดตามลูกค้าและการสอบถามจากต่างประเทศ เช่น สถานะการจัดส่ง, เอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง, การเรียกเก็บเงิน, การเรียกร้อง, และข้อกำหนดอื่นๆ (ถ้ามี)
• ตรวจสอบอีเมลประจำวันและข้อกำหนดทางธุรกิจจากบุคคลภายในและภายนอก
• ตรวจสอบการเคลื่อนย้ายสินค้าและให้คำแนะนำแก่ทีมปฏิบัติการเพื่อการจัดการสินค้าที่ราบรื่น
• รักษาและพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์ทางธุรกิจกับลูกค้าใหม่และลูกค้าปัจจุบัน
• ความรับผิดชอบอื่นๆ ตามที่บริษัท/ผู้จัดการมอบหมาย


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 23-35 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or any related field.
• At least 1 year as Sales Coordinator/Customer Service in freight forwarder/Logistics & manufacturing field.
• Advance conversation middle-high level in English
• Knowledge in Incoterms and Logistics (air/ocean cargo and import/export, etc.)
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Having positive attitude, good personality, cooperativeness and hardworking.
• Can make good decision by yourself and good relationship with other section in company.
• Can make communication and good relationship with customer.
• TOEIC score 500 up will be advantage.

• อายุ 23-35 ปี

• ปริญญาตรีสาขาโลจิสติกส์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้ประสานงานการขาย/บริการลูกค้าในบริษัทขนส่งสินค้า/โลจิสติกส์และการผลิต
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• มีความรู้ใน Incoterms และโลจิสติกส์ (การขนส่งทางอากาศ/ทางทะเลและการนำเข้า/ส่งออก เป็นต้น)
• มีความรู้ทางคอมพิวเตอร์ (MS Office)
• มีทัศนคติที่ดี, บุคลิกภาพดี, มีความร่วมมือและตั้งใจทำงาน
• สามารถตัดสินใจได้ดีด้วยตัวเองและมีความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับแผนกอื่นๆ ในบริษัท
• สามารถสื่อสารและมีความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าได้
• คะแนน TOEIC 500 ขึ้นไปจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
