Sales Coordinator (Food Department) (25K–40K) (SDG-116759)

<Job responsibilities>
- Sales transaction Data entry
- Handle import-Export documents
- Contact supplier and customer through email (Main) or phone call related to Sales and delivery process
- Coordinate with the shipping company to Ensure clearance service timely and accurately
- Coordinate with warehouse on cargo receipt for incoming shipment and on-time delivery arrangement to the customer in local with accurately
- Forecast for the shortage of stock for delivery
- Take appropriate action and prepare concern documentation for claim issued
- Issue Sales Contract, purchase Contract, P/O, invoice etc.
- Support team workload if needed
- Prepare report upon request from the manager
- other tasks as assigned


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 27 - 38 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales support in food industry
- Import or Export with basic Logistics knowledge
- English Conversational High to business level (Communicate with Japanese manager, documents, email etc.)
- MS office Excel, Word
- Have service mind & can-do attitude
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in Pet food or Canned food Product
- TOEIC 700 or over
- Experienced in SAP program
- Experience in Letter of Credit (L/C)
- Can immediately or early join
- Handle large number of shipping related documents
- Experience in Japanese company

Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng
Working Hour: 8:30-17:15(Monday - Friday [Lunch break 12.00-13.20 hrs])
