Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate with local & oversea suppliers/vendors to renew hardware and software warranty before expiration date for each customer.
Develop business proposals for new and existing customers.
Respond to client inquiries regarding the products.
Maintain a knowledge base of each clients, and propose appropriate solution to customers.
Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunity.
Desired skills & experiences:
[Minimum requirement]
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration.
Male or Female, Age between 23 - 30 years old
0-5 years’ experience in IT industry.
Strong aptitude and the ability to pick up new technologies quickly, adapting to the changing market.
Must be able to demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills.
Strong client facing skills.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Able to travel and work upcountry occasionally.
Good negotiation skill, service mind, good team player and problem solving.
Good presentation, communication, logical thinking, initiative and management skill
Good command of written and spoken English.
Language Skill
English: Business Level
Workplace Area: Ploenchit/ Bangkok
Working Hour:8.30 – 17.30 (Monday – Friday)
