Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide customer satisfaction through technical service, installation, operation, training and repair of specialized equipment

Undertake product installation at client premises

Provide training and technical advice on instrument use, both in person and by phone

Investigate difficulties and solve faults arising from operation or utilization

Rectify problems or suggest solutions or arrange for repairs to be made

Provide an important link between customers and Sales and Marketing

Act as a liaison with factory technicians to report and correct faults

Monitor repairs in terms of the organization’s service / warranty cover and making suggestions as to product improvements

Schedule, carry out planned maintenance calls and perform regular customer visits

Make recommendations about spare needs, and assisting with monitoring equipment

Other tasks as assigned

Qualification:

Desired skills & experiences:

Minimum Requirements

Thai Nationality, Male & Female, Age 25-35

 Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related field

2 years’ experience as a Sales Engineer

Good command of English

Driver’s License and possess own car

Preferred Qualifications

Willing to work under pressure

Strong negotiation skills

Languages skills: 

English: Advanced Conversational Level 

Workplace Area:BTS Ekkamai

Working Hour:Monday to Friday 8:30 – 18:00 　

About the Benefit

Salary: 28,000-30,000 THB/Month
