Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide customer satisfaction through technical service, installation, operation, training and repair of specialized equipment
Provide training and technical advice on instrument use, both in person and by phone
Investigate difficulties and solve faults arising from operation or utilization
Rectify problems or suggest solutions or arrange for repairs to be made
Provide an important link between customers and Sales and Marketing
Act as a liaison with factory technicians to report and correct faults
Monitor repairs in terms of the organization’s service / warranty cover and making suggestions as to product improvements
Schedule, carry out planned maintenance calls and perform regular customer visits
Make recommendations about spare needs, and assisting with monitoring equipment
Other tasks as assigned
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:
Minimum Requirements
Male/Female, Thai Nationality, Age 23-28
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any related field
2-5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer/Marketing in Automotive Industry
Good command of English and Japanese (JLPT N3)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Japanese Manufacturing Companies
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Languages skills:
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level
Workplace Area:Bangbor
Working Hour:MON – FRI 8:00 – 17.00
