วิศวกรฝ่ายขาย (สื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่น หรือ ภาษาจีน)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Based on the company's sales goals combined with the characteristics of the car market in Thailand Analysis of sales channels Set and execute sales plans. and carry out sales according to goals.
• Visit customers continuously Stably build good cooperative relationships and maintain them continuously. Create a good image to increase the marketing influence of the product.
• Gather local market information and competitor intelligence in Thailand. Analyze and adjust sales strategies in a timely and targeted manner.
• Management, training, counseling and evaluating employees. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
• วิเคราะห์ช่องทางการขาย กำหนดและดำเนินการตามแผนการขาย และดำเนินการขายตามเป้าหมาย โดยพิจารณาจากเป้าหมายการขายของบริษัท ร่วมกับลักษณะเฉพาะของตลาดรถยนต์ในประเทศไทย
• เยี่ยมลูกค้าอย่างต่อเนื่อง สร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีและร่วมมือกันอย่างต่อเนื่อง สร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีเพื่อเพิ่มอิทธิพลทางการตลาดของผลิตภัณฑ์
• รวบรวมข้อมูลตลาดท้องถิ่นและข้อมูลคู่แข่งในประเทศไทย วิเคราะห์และปรับกลยุทธ์การขายอย่างทันท่วงทีและตรงเป้าหมาย
• บริหารจัดการ ฝึกอบรม ให้คำปรึกษา และประเมินผลพนักงาน งานอื่นๆ ที่หัวหน้างานมอบหมาย


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 23-30 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• At least 1 year experience in automotive, home electronics manufacturing.
• Advance conversation high in Japanese or Chinese.
• Advance conversation low middle in English.
• Able to work under pressure.
• High responsibility, Punctuality and Honest, Good Personality, Good relations and Good Attitude.
• Can join immediately.
• At least 1 year experience in automotive, home electronics manufacturing (Product: plastics part, plastics compound) is preferable.
• JLPT/HSK Certificate is preferable.

• English : Conversational
• Japanese : Conversational

Workplace Area: WHA Industrial Estate Eastern Seaboard
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon - Sat)

• มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ตรงต่อเวลาและซื่อสัตย์ บุคลิกภาพดี มีความสัมพันธ์ที่ดี และมีทัศนคติที่ดี
• สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที
• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปีในด้านการผลิตยานยนต์และเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าภายในบ้าน (ผลิตภัณฑ์: ชิ้นส่วนพลาสติก สารประกอบพลาสติก) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีใบรับรอง JLPT/HSK จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
