• Explore the opportunity to expand business from the assigned customer account.
• Proactively find new target customers and acquire new business.
• Maintain and develop business relationships with new/existing customers.
• Conduct regular (weekly) customer visits and present KLLTH overall business.
• To do Sales activities both Air and Sea Freight, as well as related services products concerned, i.e., customs brokerage, warehouse, cross border, transportation, etc.
• Prepare, handle, and submit quotation, rate, inquiries, tender, RFQ, RFI and special projects.
• Conduct internal weekly/monthly meetings for instructing newly acquired business to the Operation Team.
• Prepare weekly and monthly report, opportunity pipeline report, weekly planning report, sales visit report, quotation issuance and other related reports.
• Follow up with customer and oversea inquiry(ies), i.e., shipment status, related documents, billing, claim, and other requirements.
• Monitor daily e-mails and business requirements from internal and external parties.
• Monitor cargo movement and give advice to Operation Team for smooth cargo handling.
• Other responsibilities as per Company/Manager’s Assignment
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri)
• Age 24-35 years
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or any related field.
• At least +2 years of experience as Sales Representative/Coordinator/Customer Service in freight forwarder or Logistics fields.
• Knowledge in Incoterms and Logistics (Air/Ocean cargo and import/export, etc.)
• Good command in English (TOEIC score 600 up will be advantage)
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Own car and driving license are a must.
• Positive attitude, service-minded, good personality, cooperativeness and hard-working.
