Duties & Responsibilities:
- In charge of customer service, including introducing customer to property
- Coordinate with customers and the property owners regarding price and condition negotiation
- Assist Japanese customers with properties search and information
- Onsite consulting at the properties
- Visit clients for business development
- Contact the existing clients to maintain the business partnership
- Carry out routine tasks accurately and follow strict methodologies to carry out analyses
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:
MUST
- Thai nationality, Female ONLY, Age 23 – 27
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields
- Japanese language skill
- Fresh graduates are welcome
PREFER
- Work experience in Real Estate/Agent
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Workplace Area: Lumpini
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 9:00 – 18.00 (Sat or Sun according to shifts)
About the Benefit
Salary: 25,000-40,000 THB/Month
