Sales Executive (Japanese Speaking) (40K-60K) (SDG-25643)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Taking responsibility for consulting sales of Real Estate Agent Service to clients with several other services including insurance services.
 Maintain and develop new business/clients by visiting customer to explain the products (Visiting by your own car)
 Coordination and negotiation with house/rental owner
 Provides terms & conditions to the client and get confirmation of the quotation
 Coordinate with other member (Into Vendor coordination)
 Introduce other our services to customer
 Other tasks assign by Management



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, 28-38 years
 Bachelor degree
 Japanese - Business level - License Holder of N2 (If not, you should have experience of staying in Japan)
 License Holder of Life or Non-Life insurance (You have to hold both of license within 90 days after joining)
 English - Advanced conversation level (Internal communication)
 Have willingness to work as sales for any wide products
 Have own car

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Working experience as Insurance broker or in Insurance company

Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: Business level

Workplace Area: BTS Saladaeng, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri)
