Duties & Responsibilities:
• Based on the company's sales goals combined with the characteristics of the car market in Thailand Analysis of sales channels Set and execute sales plans. and carry out sales according to goals.
• Visit customers continuously Stably build good cooperative relationships and maintain them continuously. Create a good image to increase the marketing influence of the product.
• Gather local market information and competitor intelligence in Thailand. Analyze and adjust sales strategies in a timely and targeted manner.
• Management, training, counseling and evaluating employees. Other tasks assigned by MD.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
• วิเคราะห์ช่องทางการขาย กำหนดและดำเนินการตามแผนการขาย และดำเนินการขายตามเป้าหมายโดยพิจารณาจากเป้าหมายการขายของบริษัท ร่วมกับลักษณะเฉพาะของตลาดรถยนต์ในประเทศไทย
• เยี่ยมลูกค้าอย่างต่อเนื่อง สร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีและร่วมมือกันอย่างต่อเนื่อง สร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีเพื่อเพิ่มอิทธิพลทางการตลาดของผลิตภัณฑ์
• รวบรวมข้อมูลตลาดท้องถิ่นและข้อมูลคู่แข่งในประเทศไทย วิเคราะห์และปรับกลยุทธ์การขายอย่างทันท่วงทีและตรงเป้าหมาย
• บริหารจัดการ ฝึกอบรม ให้คำปรึกษา และประเมินผลพนักงาน งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากกรรมการผู้จัดการ


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-45 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• At least 7 years’ experience as sales in automotive, home electronics manufacturing (Product : plastics part , plastics compound ).
• 3 years management experience has subordinate under control.
• Chinese native speaking.
• Advance conversation high in English.
• Able to work under pressure.
• High responsibility, Punctuality and Honest, Good Personality, Good relations and Good Attitude.
• Can join immediately.

Workplace Area: WHA Industrial Estate Eastern Seaboard
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon - Sat)

• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์, การผลิตเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าภายในบ้าน (ผลิตภัณฑ์ : ชิ้นส่วนพลาสติก สารประกอบพลาสติก) อย่างน้อย 7 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการ 3 ปี มีผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาอยู่ภายใต้การควบคุม
• สื่อสารภาษาจีนระดับภาษาแม่ได้
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
• มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ตรงต่อเวลา และซื่อสัตย์ บุคลิกภาพดี สร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดี และมีทัศนคติที่ดี
• สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที
