Work Outline: Responsible for the overall growth of respective regions for healthcare and medical equipment and ensure that it is aligned with the overall respective regions’ sales target.



Duties & Responsibility:

1. Sales planning and Sales Promotion strategy

- To set up sales strategy and action plan of healthcare and medical equipment products for individual region aligning with the annual regional sales development strategy.

- To generate area sales plan, sales planning for individual categories quarterly and yearly.

- To implement sales promotions, and other marketing activities as generated by management.

2. Achievement of sales target and generate market analysis

 - Responsible for the overall growth of area sales target and objectives. 

 - To identify and develop strategy to expand existing key distributors.

 - To generate and develop communication plans and presentation materials for objectives directed by management.

3. Develop hospital channel and OTC (Over-the-Counter) channel to manage distributors

 - To identify and develop a strategy to expand new key distributors.

 - To manage and implement procedure for sales to distributors, such as sales forecast, order process, delivery.           

- To plan and execute product training and marketing activities with distributors to upgrade knowledge and skills for Medical healthcare channel.

 - To communicate with distributors on sales strategy, marketing and company policies.

 - To provide consultative advises for upbringing distributor's business profit and sales.  

 - To build strategic network with medical institution, association, and personnel.

 - To monitor and manage distributor inventory.

4. Reporting

 - Monthly: Sales report, Customer Price report to management, Sell-out data to management 

 - Quarterly: Sales report includes sales plan by area and product. 

- Yearly: Sales report includes sales plan by area and product.

 

Qualifications:

[Must]

•Male or Female, Thai Nationality, Age 30-45 years old

•Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Sciences or Medical Sciences or any related fields 

•More than 3 years working experience in Medical or Pharmaceutical business experience 

•Or More than 3 years working experience in Consumer goods business experience to the modern market 

•Good knowledge in healthcare OTC Sales (Over-the-Counter)

•Proficiency in English (verbal and written)

•Excellent communication and presentation skills

•Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Applications

•Independent and result orientated with high personal drive to succeed

•Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills


Languages skills 

English: Business Level



Workplace Area: Sathorn, Bangkok


Working Hour: 8:30 – 17.30 (Monday - Friday)


About the Benefit

Salary: 100,000-120,000 THB/ Month
