Sales Manager (JP Speaker) (50K – 80K) (SDG-110845)
ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย (สื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่น)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Sales management and new development of new sales customers (Focus on Distributors, Modern Trade and Traditional Trade)
• Market development and negotiations in the retail market
• Formulation of sales and product strategies
• Marketing and sales promotion initiatives and management (Collaborate with Marketing agency)
• Construct and lead a future team
• Summarize sales status and report to Japanese Manager
• Communicate with HQ in Japan
• Meeting with Japanese Management
• Other assigned tasks

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
• บริหารการขายและพัฒนาลูกค้าใหม่ (เน้นที่ตัวแทนจำหน่าย การค้าสมัยใหม่ และการค้าแบบดั้งเดิม)
• พัฒนาตลาดและเจรจาต่อรองในตลาดค้าปลีก
• กำหนดกลยุทธ์การขายและผลิตภัณฑ์
• ริเริ่มและจัดการด้านการตลาดและการส่งเสริมการขาย (ร่วมมือกับเอเจนซี่การตลาด)
• สร้างและนำทีมในอนาคต
• สรุปสถานะการขายและรายงานต่อผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น
• สื่อสารกับสำนักงานใหญ่ในประเทศญี่ปุ่น
• ประชุมกับผู้บริหารชาวญี่ปุ่น
• งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-40 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or other related fields.
• At least 5 years’ experience in Sales Manager, Sales Assistance Manager. Senior Sales in chemical or consumer goods industries.
• Business level of Japanese
• Conversational high level of English
• Be able to commute to work by themselves.
• Working at a stationery/DIY/adhesive company for at least 5 years is preferable.
• Experience in consumer goods and retail is preferable.

• Japanese : Conversational

Workplace Area: WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday)

• มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย ผู้จัดการฝ่ายช่วยเหลือฝ่ายขาย ฝ่ายขายอาวุโสในอุตสาหกรรมเคมีหรือสินค้าอุปโภคบริโภคอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
• ภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับสนทนา
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• สามารถเดินทางไปทำงานเองได้
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในบริษัทเครื่องเขียน/DIY/กาวอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์ในสินค้าอุปโภคบริโภคและค้าปลีกจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
