Sales Manager-Senior Manager(Real Estate) (100K–120K) (SDG-115501)

<Job responsibilities>
• Create and implement all policies and procedures to establish a well functioning Sales team
• Present products and services information to the customers
• Keep in touch with the customers on a regular basis to enhance and
maintain the relationship
• Participate in Sales events and call the prospect list derived from the
event for follow-up
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and
existing clients, developers, and brokers.
• Meet with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable land or
condominium solutions.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and
compliance with company standards.
• Address client inquiries and resolve any issues related to sales
processes or properties.
• Create diversified sales and leasing strategies and products
differentiation for local/ Chinese/ International customers.
• Track and report on sales activities, performance, and progress toward targets.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting
performance and strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials
and campaigns to attract potential buyers.
• Oversee the organization of property showings, open houses, and
other promotional events.
• Enhance brand visibility through networking, advertising, and online
platforms.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related
field.
• At least 7 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager of land and condominium sales.
• Strong understanding of real estate market trends and customer
needs.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make
informed decisions.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced
environment.
• Have personal car

- Chinese language skills.
