Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure development of expertise and know-how and support Business plan changes
Motivate and ensure that all in-store execution problems are quickly resolved
Research about Business and Economic situation of Foods industry and market in Thailand
May be assigned for overseas business trip
Conducting survey in Thailand together with the Japanese MD
(You are expected to drive by yourself at times)
Implement the global sales strategy and prepare the forecasts, plans, etc.
Closely cooperate with other departments
Other tasks as assigned
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:
Minimum Requirements
Thai Nationality, Male or Female, Age 30 - 45
Bachelor’s degree in any related field
Over 8 years of experience in FMCG sales and marketing/Confectionery/Foods industry/Traditional Trade
Good command of English and computer skills (MS Excel, Power Point and Word)
Must be able to go abroad for business trip
Must be able to drive
Preferred Qualifications
Upcountry sales experience in Thailand is preferable
Strong leadership and communication skills
Languages skills:
English: Business Level
Workplace Area:BTS Ploenchit
Working Hour:MON – FRI 8:30 – 17.30
