<Job responsibilities>
- Retaining good relationship with existing customers with providing better service with optimizing solution to support customers
- Gathering market information in each segment. (Monitoring movement for seeking sales opportunities & increasing no. of customers)
- Gathering market information, analysis, & providing marketing strategy (Business Plan Making)
- Be good window person to connect & convert customers' requirement to communicate with factory side with providing
- Optimizing solutions (Collaborating with All Stakeholders for Creating Win-Win Situation)
- Keep watching the changing of consumers' behavior & adapting our products & services to meet customers' requirement


<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- รักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับลูกค้าปัจจุบันด้วยการให้บริการที่ดีขึ้นด้วยการปรับปรุงโซลูชั่นเพื่อสนับสนุนลูกค้า
- รวบรวมข้อมูลการตลาดในแต่ละกลุ่ม (ติดตามความเคลื่อนไหวเพื่อหาช่องทางขายและเพิ่มจำนวนลูกค้า)
- รวบรวมข้อมูลการตลาด วิเคราะห์ และจัดทำกลยุทธ์การตลาด (จัดทำแผนธุรกิจ)
- เป็นคนกลางในการติดต่อและแปลงความต้องการของลูกค้าเพื่อสื่อสารกับฝ่ายโรงงานด้วยการให้บริการ
- การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของโซลูชัน (การร่วมมือกับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียทั้งหมดเพื่อสร้างสถานการณ์ที่ทุกฝ่ายได้ประโยชน์)
- คอยติดตามการเปลี่ยนแปลงพฤติกรรมของผู้บริโภค และปรับเปลี่ยนสินค้าและบริการให้ตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 23 - 27 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing,International Business Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- At least 2-3 years experience in Sales functions
- Conversational high in English (To communicate with client, document, and E-mail)
- Able to work upcountry sometimes.
- Having a driving license. Company's car provided for business purposes.
- Excellent communication, Negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Fast learner, good team player, Creative and Self-motivated with A Can-do attitude
- Strong Strategic thinking skills and analytical mindset.
- Ability to Perform well under pressure and with defined sales target and milestones.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Chinese language skill will be an advantage.
- TOEIC 600 up

- สัญชาติไทย ชาย, หญิง, อายุ 23 - 27 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาเศรษฐศาสตร์ การตลาด การจัดการธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ การบริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขายอย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี
- สามารถสนทนาภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ในการสื่อสารกับลูกค้า เอกสาร และอีเมล)
- สามารถไปทำงานต่างจังหวัดได้เป็นบางครั้ง
- มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์ บริษัทจัดให้ใช้สำหรับรถยนต์เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ทางธุรกิจ
- ทักษะการสื่อสาร การเจรจา และการเข้ากับผู้อื่นเป็นเลิศ
- เรียนรู้เร็ว เป็นผู้เล่นในทีมที่ดี มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์และมีแรงจูงใจในตนเอง พร้อมด้วยทัศนคติ "ทำได้"
- ทักษะการคิดเชิงกลยุทธ์และการคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์
