Sales Manager (Distribution) (40K–70K) (SDG-106368)
ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย (การกระจายสินค้า)

<Job responsibilities>
- Mainly this positon needs to handle Business development
*Can visit Clients directly and go back home directly after approval
*Clients area : Bangkok, Bang Na, Rayong, Chonburi
- Arrange and negotiate with customer such as price and condition
- Manage sales members and give them feedback
- Formulate sales strategy plan
- Calculate and suggest transportation price plan to customer
- Report and discuss with Japanese Manager in English
- Other tasks by the General Manager and Japanese Manager

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ตำแหน่งนี้ส่วนใหญ่ต้องรองรับการพัฒนาธุรกิจ
*สามารถเข้าพบลูกค้าได้โดยตรงและกลับบ้านได้โดยตรงหลังจากได้รับการอนุมัติ
*พื้นที่ลูกค้า : กรุงเทพฯ บางนา ระยอง ชลบุรี
- จัดเตรียมและเจรจากับลูกค้า เช่น ราคาและเงื่อนไข
- จัดการสมาชิกฝ่ายขายและให้ข้อเสนอแนะ
- จัดทำแผนกลยุทธ์การขาย
- คำนวณและเสนอแผนราคาค่าขนส่งให้กับลูกค้า
- รายงานและหารือกับผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่นเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
- งานอื่นๆ โดยผู้จัดการทั่วไปและผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・More than 5 years of sales experience as sales in General trading company or Logistics/transportation industry
・Having experience related to Warehouse task
・Have good negotiation skills with customers for price and condition
・Conversational High level of English ( can discuss with JP manager )
・Having personal car
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have experienced of manager in Japanese company
・Have willingness to be top management

Workplace Area: MRT Phetchaburi
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri and Sat Morning (*sometime Sat work))

- ปริญญาตรี
・ประสบการณ์การขายมากกว่า 5 ปีในบริษัทการค้าทั่วไปหรืออุตสาหกรรมโลจิสติกส์/การขนส่ง
・มีประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานคลังสินค้า
・มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดีกับลูกค้าในเรื่องราคาและเงื่อนไข
・ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง (สามารถพูดคุยกับผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่นได้)
・มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว

・มีประสบการณ์เป็นผู้จัดการในบริษัทญี่ปุ่น
・มีความเต็มใจที่จะเป็นผู้บริหารระดับสูง
