Sales Admin (Japanese Speaking) (25K-40K) (SDG-24865)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Support sale team of issuing documentation ( P/O, QT, sale report, etc.,)
 Coordinating and handle customer inquiries via e-mail and phone of orders, report to sale team
 Update information database to maintain customer record for sale team
 Translate the documents and interpreter from Japanese to English and Thai Perform other task assigned by Manager



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, male/female, 24-28 years
 Bachelor degree
 At least 1 year of working experience in any field
 Good command of spoken and written in Japanese (JLPT N2)
 Good command in English

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Experience in sales support or administration
 Strong communication skill


Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: Business level


Workplace Area: BTS Thonglor, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 [Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (8.30 – 17.30)/ Tuesday, Friday (8.00 – 17.00)]
