Duties & Responsibilities:
In charge of customer service, including introducing customer to property
Coordinate with customers and the property owners regarding price and condition negotiation
Assist Japanese customers with properties search and information
Onsite consulting at the properties
Visit clients for business development
Contact the existing clients to maintain the business partnership
Carry out routine tasks accurately and follow strict methodologies to carry out analyses
Translation and Interpretation
Other tasks as assigned
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:
Minimum Requirements
Thai nationality, Female ONLY, Age 24 – 30
Bachelor's degree in any related fields
Fresh Graduate is welcome
Preferred Qualifications
Work experience in Real Estate/Agent
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Languages skills:
ENGLISH : Daily Conversational Level
JAPANESE : Daily Conversational Level, JLPT N4 – N3
Workplace Area:Siracha Branch
Working Hour:Monday to Sunday 9:00 – 18.00 (2 days off/according to shifts)
