<Job responsibilities>
- Reserach potential customer and Make appointment with clients
- Visit clients and propose their products
* Client's area : Bangkok, Ayutthaya, Chonburi etc
- Mainly Responsible for hunting new customers with the Senior Manager.
- Initial main target is local and Chinese companies based in Thailand.
- Identify and develop new business Opportunities in the construction sector
- Build and Maintain Strong client relationships
- Promote and sell our machinery rental services
- Achieve sales targets and report on performance
- Collaborate with operations to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
- Able to Handle the document process
- Other tasks as assigned
<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ค้นหาลูกค้าที่มีศักยภาพและนัดหมายกับลูกค้า
- พบลูกค้าและเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์
* พื้นที่ลูกค้า : กรุงเทพ, อยุธยา, ชลบุรี ฯลฯ
- รับผิดชอบหลักในการหาลูกค้าใหม่กับผู้จัดการอาวุโส
- เป้าหมายหลักเบื้องต้นคือบริษัทท้องถิ่นและบริษัทจีนที่มีฐานอยู่ในประเทศไทย
- ระบุและพัฒนาโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ในภาคการก่อสร้าง
- สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับลูกค้า
- ส่งเสริมและจำหน่ายบริการให้เช่าเครื่องจักร
- บรรลุเป้าหมายการขายและรายงานผลการดำเนินงาน
- ร่วมมือกับฝ่ายปฏิบัติการเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าส่งมอบอุปกรณ์ได้ตรงเวลา
- สามารถจัดการกระบวนการด้านเอกสารได้
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่มอบหมาย
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 24 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Working Experience as sales in related industry
- Basic Computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Googlesheet
- Familiarity with local construction industry Regulations and standards
- Proven sales Experience, Preferably in construction machinery rental
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Have personal car
- Personality : team work, Bright, Flexible, Can Handle multi task
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Knowledge of construction machinery is a plus
・ Conversational high level of Japanese

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon - Fri (Every other Sat))

- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านการขายในอุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ทักษะคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน เช่น Microsoft Word, Excel, Googlesheet
- คุ้นเคยกับกฎระเบียบและมาตรฐานของอุตสาหกรรมก่อสร้างในท้องถิ่น
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายที่พิสูจน์ได้ โดยเฉพาะในธุรกิจให้เช่าเครื่องจักรกลก่อสร้าง
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและการเจรจาที่ดี
- มีแรงจูงใจและสามารถทำงานได้อย่างอิสระ
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว
- บุคลิกภาพ : ทำงานเป็นทีม สดใส ยืดหยุ่น สามารถรับมือหลายๆ อย่างได้

・ความรู้เกี่ยวกับเครื่องจักรก่อสร้างจะถือเป็นข้อดี
