Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for customer service as a Sales Staff taking care of Japanese and non-Japanese customers regarding Tours
- Achieve the sales target and look for opportunities to propose new solutions regarding Sales Target
- Identify and resolve complaints, needs, issues
- Responsible for Japanese customers who are traveling in and out of Thailand
- Responsible for non-Japanese customers who are traveling in and out of Thailand
- Prepare a variety of status reports
- Other tasks assigned by Manager
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:
MUST
- Male and Female, Thai Nationality, Age 23-35
- Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
- PC Skill (MS Office)
- Japanese speakers
- Fresh graduates are welcome
PREFER
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work well under pressure
- Experience in Tourism Industry
Workplace Area: Asoke
Working Hour: 9:00 – 18.00 (Sat/Sun/Holiday if necessary)
