Sales Staff (25K-37K) (SDG-36518)
<Job Responsibilities>
Maintain and develop relationship with client to find out their needs by visiting, calling and providing customer supports. Taking care of local client and Oversea client (South East Asia)
Promote new product while develop relationship among new client by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Achieve growth and hit sales targets
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Support any tasks as assigned by Manager
Taking care client/distributor and keep good relationship by entertaining / having dinner with them with JP Manager (Bangkok area and up country) 2-3 days/ week
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male, age 25-35 years old
Bachelor's degree
At least 3 years’ experience as a sales in Trading company or relate to Chemical Product
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Good command in English (Speaking with JP Manager and writing email)
Good interpersonal skill with “Can do” attitude. Prefer to work with Japanese Company
Strong interpersonal skill, communication skill and service mind
Willing to travelling to client site (Bangkok and outskirt area such as Chonburi / Ayuthaya) and go abroad for business trip 1-2 times/month(South East Asia Countries such as Vietnam)
Able to pay advance for business trip
Familiar with Japanese business tradition and willing to support client after working hours (having dinner with client and finished around 9PM-10PM 2 days/week or less ) \
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Prefer working experience in Coating Business or Paint Maker.
A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work and willing to grow up with new set up company
Familiar with Japanese working culture
