Sales Supervisor (Central World office) (30K–36K) (SDG-108177)
เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขาย (สำนักงานเซ็นทรัลเวิลด์)

<Job responsibilities>
• Working closely with Japanese and Thai Manager to manage store related.
• Manage and analyze budget and actual result, and propose action plans for further development
• Report on actual result, buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
• Responsibility for E-Commerce transaction.
• Support all store operations for all branches when store staff are absent.
• Manage supporting staff, motivate, educate and training members to accomplish
goal, follow company policies and procedures.
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
• Deal with all issues that arise from customers or staff. (complaints, grievances etc.)
• Support other tasks if there any requested.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
• ทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่นและชาวไทยเพื่อจัดการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับร้านค้า
• จัดการและวิเคราะห์งบประมาณและผลที่เกิดขึ้นจริง และเสนอแผนปฏิบัติการเพื่อการพัฒนาต่อไป
• รายงานผลลัพธ์ที่แท้จริง แนวโน้มการซื้อ ความต้องการของลูกค้า กำไร ฯลฯ
• ความรับผิดชอบต่อธุรกรรมอีคอมเมิร์ซ
• สนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของร้านทุกสาขาเมื่อพนักงานร้านไม่อยู่
• จัดการพนักงานสนับสนุน จูงใจ ให้ความรู้ และฝึกอบรมสมาชิกให้บรรลุผลสำเร็จ
เป้าหมายให้ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายและขั้นตอนของบริษัท
• รับประกันความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าในระดับสูงผ่านบริการที่เป็นเลิศ
• จัดการกับทุกปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นจากลูกค้าหรือพนักงาน (ข้อร้องเรียน ความไม่พอใจ ฯลฯ)
• สนับสนุนงานอื่นๆ หากมีการร้องขอ


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
• Has 3-5 years experience in the fashion retail business.
• Available to work on weekends (Shift working)
• Good command of listening and speaking English.
• Able to work in all branches if assigned.
• Can start working immediately
• Pleasant personality with excellent service attitude.
• Can work well under pressure Good team player and time management skills.
<Preferable Skills/Experience>
• Work experience in Luxury brands.

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: BTS Siam
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(- Work as shift (Assigned by Shift 8 hrs/day.) - Day-off 8 days- Store opening time is Department Store time (9.45-22:00))
