Sales Supervisor (Japanese and Chinese speaking) (25K – 45K) (SDG-109426)
หัวหน้าอาวุโสฝ่ายขาย (สื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นและภาษาจีน)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Based on the company's sales goals combined with the characteristics of the car market in Thailand Analysis of sales channels Set and execute sales plans. and carry out sales according to goals.
• Visit customers continuously Stably build good cooperative relationships and maintain them continuously. Create a good image to increase the marketing influence of the product.
• Gather local market information and competitor intelligence in Thailand. Analyze and adjust sales strategies in a timely and targeted manner.
• Management, training, counseling and evaluating employees. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
• พิจารณาจากเป้าหมายการขายของบริษัท ร่วมกับลักษณะเฉพาะของตลาดรถยนต์ในประเทศไทย วิเคราะห์ช่องทางการขาย กำหนดและดำเนินการตามแผนการขาย และดำเนินการขายตามเป้าหมาย
• เยี่ยมลูกค้าอย่างต่อเนื่อง สร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีและรักษาความสัมพันธ์นั้นไว้อย่างต่อเนื่อง สร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีเพื่อเพิ่มอิทธิพลทางการตลาดของผลิตภัณฑ์
• รวบรวมข้อมูลตลาดท้องถิ่นและข้อมูลคู่แข่งในประเทศไทย วิเคราะห์และปรับกลยุทธ์การขายอย่างทันท่วงทีและตรงเป้าหมาย
• บริหารจัดการ ฝึกอบรม ให้คำปรึกษา และประเมินผลพนักงาน งานอื่นๆ ที่หัวหน้างานมอบหมาย


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 28-38 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience as a sales or purchase in automotive, home electronics manufacturing (Product: plastics part, plastics compound).
• 1 year management experience has subordinate under control.
• Advance conversation high in Chinese / Japanese / English.
• Able to work under pressure.
• High responsibility, Punctuality and Honest, Good Personality, Good relations and Good Attitude.
• Can join immediately.
• No experience as sales but willing to learn also consider.
• HSK Certificate is preferable.

• English : Conversational
• Japanese : Conversational

Workplace Area: WHA Industrial Estate Eastern Seaboard
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon - Sat)

• มีประสบการณ์การจัดการ 1 ปี สามารถควบคุมผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาได้
• ภาษาจีน, ภาษาญี่ปุ่น, และภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
• มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ตรงต่อเวลาและซื่อสัตย์ บุคลิกภาพดี มีความสัมพันธ์ที่ดี และมีทัศนคติที่ดี
• สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที
• ไม่มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายแต่เต็มใจที่จะเรียนรู้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีใบรับรอง HSK จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
