เจ้าหน้าที่สนับสนุนการขาย (Freight Forwarder)

<Job Responsibilities>
- To research and analysis several industry information in freight forwarder field (Make market trend, potential customer list)
- To prepare presentation documents such as power point, excel file for customer, partner, supplier etc.
- Cooperate with overseas branch to expand key account business
- To summarize our sales activity and investigate for future action
- Create the new package service

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 24-35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Have an experience in freight forwarder 1 year
- Have an experience in market trend / research
- Good command in English (with overseas branch)
- Good in Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel
- Creative, positive thinking, explanation skill

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Japanese speaking (if any)

Workplace Area: ARL Ramkhamhaeng, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (- Monday to Friday and Saturday morning (8;30-12:00) > Probation - 1 Saturday / Month - Work in office - 100 % at office)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- เพื่อวิจัยและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลอุตสาหกรรมที่หลากหลายในสาขาตัวแทนขนส่งสินค้า(สร้างแนวโน้มตลาด, รายชื่อลูกค้าที่มีศักยภาพ)
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารนำเสนอ เช่น ไฟล์ power point, excel file สำหรับลูกค้า, คู่ค้า, ซัพพลายเออร์ เป็นต้น
- ร่วมมือกับสาขาต่างประเทศเพื่อขยายธุรกิจบัญชีหลัก
- เพื่อสรุปกิจกรรมการขายของบริษัทและตรวจสอบการดำเนินการในอนาคต
- สร้างบริการแพ็คเกจใหม่

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 24-35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Freight Forwarder 1 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านแนวโน้มตลาด / วิจัย
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (กับสาขาต่างประเทศ)
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel ได้ดี
- ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ คิดบวก ทักษะการอธิบาย

- ทักษะภาษาญี่ปุ่น (ถ้ามี)

ชั่วโมงการทำงาน: 8:30-17:30 น. (- วันจันทร์ ถึง วันศุกร์ และเช้าวันเสาร์ (8.30-12:00 น.) > ทดลองงาน - 1 วันเสาร์ / เดือน - ทำงานในสำนักงาน - 100% ที่สำนักงาน)
