Sales support (Import/Export) (22K–28K) (SDG-116393)
<Job responsibilities>
- Be Center in contact between Japan HQ and company about machine price, spec. and delivery schedule.
- Issue related business documents such as PO, spec. sheet to Japan HQ and its subsidiaries under the company group
- Follow up and review shipping documents for import/Export shipments such as Invoices, PL BL, Co, etc
- Liaise with shipping broker, and freight forwarder to correct shipping documents and preparation of the documents for customs clearance both import/export.
- Prepare importer & End-user statements for all Divisions and submit them to Japan HQ.
- Machine reception into SAPB1 and Kintone; data input PO and landed cost.
- Manage and create list price of machine or software; set and input list price to SAPB1 and Kintone.
- Calculate cost and Prepare its document for sales.
- Generate related reports; a monthly report, Corporate Strategic Plan, Quarterly Management Report and Business plan, etc. submitting to management and Japan HQ
- other tasks as signed by superiors.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 22 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 2 - 3 years of working experience as a sales support or sales coordinator in any industry
**Fresh graduates are welcomed**
- Conversational High level of English (speaking, writing, reading, and listening with HQ, internal, and supplier).
- Good command of Computer literacy skills: MS Office.
- Have interpersonal communication skills
- Have analytical skill
- Have a driving license
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have Experience in import/Export
- Have Experience in using SAPB1, ERP or relevant software
- Experience working in a Japanese company
