Sales Support (Japanese Speaking) (25K–35K) (SDG-116426)

<Job responsibilities>
- Managing frozen items stock at the office and recording stock usage and activities. Moreover, order items that are about to run out of stock.
- Managing storage at the office for office used such as foam boxes, plastic bags, etc.
- Managing delivery time and schedule as well as delivery team control. Taking care of the delivery team.
- Preparing items and checking in order to deliver to the customers including inputting details into Sales force.
- Preparing documents for delivery such as packing list, delivery schedule, invoices (if requested), etc.
- Making any Data or documents requested by colleagues.
- Making monthly schedule work for delivery and sales support department and gathering time records and sending to HR Dept.
- Answer, help, solve the Problem, etc. for the customer When There is any request.
- Support colleagues and Sales
- Support and/or do their work when salespersons take a leave such as sharing invoices with the customers. Help and/or do when there is any request such as making a data file.
- Office stock management.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Sales manager and Admin Manager.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 23 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year working experience in sales support or logistic position in any industry
- Have knowledge of Logistic
- Conversation high level in Japanese (JLPT N3 up ), for communication with Japanese clients and Japanese Management
- Conversation Middle in English, for e-mail with internal and external.
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Experience in the food industry
- Experience to use Salesforce
- Can join immediately

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : Conversational

Workplace Area: BTS Punnawithi
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Weekly Day Off: Monday and Saturday
Delivery Day: Tuesday, Friday, Sunday 07:00-16:00, Non-Delivery Day: Wednesday,Thursday 08:30-17:30)
