Sales Support (JP) (40K–60K) (SDG-116208)
<Job responsibilities>
1) Sales Support
- Provide operational Support after acquiring new business partners such as customs brokers, transportation companies, and warehouse providers.
- Preparation of logistics-related documents.
- First point of Contact with clients.
- Manage delivery schedule
2) Interpretation and translation
- Interpretation between Thai staff and Japanese manager during the meeting with a client
- Visit the client with the Japanese Managing Director and Support conversation between Thai staff
- Translation of required documents
*Visit client with Managing Director 1-2 times per week / Company support car and driver
3) General Affairs
- Assist the Japanese CEO with secretarial tasks, including schedule Management, Expense processing, and daily life support.
- Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・At least 3 years of working experience in an Interpreter or support position using Japanese at a manufacturing company, trading company or logistic company
・Business level of Japanese (N2 up) for interpretation and translation
・Conversational level of English for some documentation
・A person who is keen to take on a variety of tasks
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・A person with experience in import/export operations or delivery management as a sales or sales support.
・Person who has experience in small sized company
Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : Business Level
Workplace Area: BTS Phrom Phong
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday)
