Work Outline: In charge of secretary task to Japanese owner
Duties & Responsibility:
•Manage the schedule, prioritize and minimize scheduling conflicts
•Provide administrative and secretarial support to Japanese owner
•Screen and answer phone calls, enquiries and requests
•Interpret TH-JP in company or meeting
•Deal with incoming email, faxes and post together with compose corresponding
•Act as a liaison with other departments, dealers, suppliers and other staffs
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age 25-35
•Bachelor’s Degree in Japanese major or any related field
•MS office(word, excel, and power point)
•Good English and Japanese skill
•Experience in secretary at least 1 years
[Prefer]
•Business level English
•Business level Japanese
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: Advanced conversational level (At least N3 Level)
Workplace Area: SRT / Ramkhamhaeng
Working Hour:8:30 – 17:30 (Mon-Fri)

Salary: 50,000-60,000 THB/ Month
