Senior Director (100K-200K) (SDG-37918)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Current MD hands over tasks to Senior Director and the Senior Director will be MD near future
 Manage company/subordinates/P&L directly under the MD
 Manage Business Control Department (25ppl), Sales&Rental Division (40ppl), Service Division (150ppl)
 Give approval for purchasing, recall, return products and any other decisions
 Recruit and lay off employees sometimes
 Attend BOD (Board of directors) quarterly and report the progress to the target and discuss the problems in operation etc
 Plan company strategy and report to HQ in Japan annually
 Top sales to clients
 Other tasks assigned by MD



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/ Female, age 45-54 years old
 Bachelor Degree
 Working experience in construction/farm machine or logistic industry
 Managing a company with over 100 employees as MD or VP level
 Skill in external negotiation and people management
 Fluent in spoken/written English
 Capable of frequent Domestic/Overseas trip

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Japanese language (not necessary at all)

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri)
