Senior HR (25K-32K) (SDG-28554)
<Job Responsibilities>
Responsible for all aspects of HR functions HRM & HRD functions
Implement and update HR and company policies, job duties, salary and promotion system
Coordinate with HR team in Rayong
Report directly to MD
Other tasks as assignment.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 29-40 years old
Bachelor's Degree in related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience both HRM and HRD
Good command in English ( Advanced Conversation - high)
Good knowledge of labor law
Good communication skill, problem solving skill, technical skill, Interpersonal skill, and team working Skill
