Responsibility:
* Manage organization structure, Job Description, Manpower Planning, Job Matrix, etc.
* Manage employment function e.g., recruitment activity, prepare employment contract, monitor probation, according to company policy.
* Take lead role in executing the company’s orientation program, acting as the primary contact for employers and supervisors to ensure all new-comer has a smooth transition to the company
* Identify training needs, analyze, set up and implement training programs according to company policy.
* Set up/manage development plan, individual development plan, succession plan, and career development plan
* Manage company’s salary & benefits package in order to be competitive and to create the attracting, motivating, and retaining to employee.
* Report & monitor all important document e.g., social security fund, provident fund, Group insurance to the government and other parties including oversee for all Human Resource’s Activities; Physical Examination
* Responsible for all supporting and rendering services to other functions within the organization by organizing, providing leadership and controlling all administrative functions
* Manage and control Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) in accordance to current law
* Manage and control factory facility in order to smooth production
* Manage and control Information technology system in order to smooth operation
* Other assignments required by Human Resources Director/top management
Qualification:
* Male or Female Thai Nationality, Age 40 years above
* Bachelor 's Degree any filed
* At least 10 years’ experience HR and GA function in Manufacturing
* 6 years' experience in Finance
* Good command in English (Written, Spoken, listening)
* Special skills (Decision making Leadership, Work under pressure)
* Management by Objective, KPI Skills
* Good knowledge about Thai labor law
* Understand ISO/TS16949, ISO14001 system
English: Business Level (Business, TOEIC:750 or over)
