Senior Logistic Officer (45K-55K) (SDG-73333)

<Job Responsibilities>
Inbound
- Manage the co-ordination with freight forwarder to ensure smooth delivery of shipment to the customer which accuracy on time delivery. (Ratio of Sea and Air transportation = 70 : 30)
- Send shipping document to freight forwarder, confirm import duty
- Prepare document for receiving (find location, manage adjustment grouping bin area)
- Input receiving data in NAV
Outbound
- Manage daily transportation plan
- Send out complaining roll, sample roll to factory (export)
Warehouse & inventory
- Maintains inventory information monitoring daily for stock movement and conducting monthly physical counts.
- Maintains storage area by organizing floor space, racks, waste area, cleaning schedule and recommending improvements.
- Interpreting company policies to works and enforcing safety regulation.
Sales team supporting
- Prepare data for stock meeting
- Physical check as sale-co request per order if match in NAV
- Summarize monthly report to management.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 30-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- 5++ years of working experiences in Logistics/Freight Forwarder field as Logistics functions
- Good knowledge and understanding of import/export business from sea-to-air field
- Good command of English (to communicate and handle documents at work)

- Software: NAVISION

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
ขาเข้า
- บริหารจัดการประสานงานกับ Freight Forwarder เพื่อให้การจัดส่งสินค้าถึงมือลูกค้าเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น แม่นยำ ส่งมอบตรงเวลา (อัตราส่วนการขนส่งทางทะเลและทางอากาศ = 70 : 30)
- ส่งเอกสารการจัดส่งไปยังผู้ส่งสินค้า ยืนยันอากรขาเข้า
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารในการรับ (ค้นหาสถานที่ จัดการปรับพื้นที่ถังจัดกลุ่ม)
- ป้อนข้อมูลการรับข้อมูลใน NAV
ขาออก
- จัดการแผนการขนส่งรายวัน
- ส่งม้วนบ่น ม้วนตัวอย่าง ไปที่โรงงาน (ส่งออก)
คลังสินค้าและสินค้าคงคลัง
- ดูแลตรวจสอบข้อมูลสินค้าคงคลังทุกวันสำหรับการเคลื่อนย้ายสต็อกและดำเนินการนับทางกายภาพรายเดือน
- รักษาพื้นที่จัดเก็บด้วยการจัดพื้นที่ชั้น ชั้นวาง พื้นที่เสีย ตารางการทำความสะอาด และแนะนำการปรับปรุง
- ตีความนโยบายของบริษัทในการทำงานและบังคับใช้กฎระเบียบด้านความปลอดภัย
ทีมขายสนับสนุน
- จัดเตรียมข้อมูลสำหรับการประชุมหุ้น
- ตรวจสอบทางกายภาพตามคำขอ sale-co ต่อคำสั่งซื้อหากตรงกันใน NAV
- สรุปรายงานประจำเดือนต่อผู้บริหาร

- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 30-45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 5++ ปี ในด้าน Logistics/Freight Forwarder ในด้าน Logistics
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในธุรกิจนำเข้า-ส่งออกจากภาคพื้นทะเลสู่อากาศเป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (เพื่อสื่อสารและจัดการเอกสารในที่ทำงาน)
