Senior Maintenance Engineer (30K – 40K) (SDG-106001)

Job Detail

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Management CNC machine, production machine related (Tooling management)
• Responsible for TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activity both internal and external.
• Control preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance (PM)
• Control maintenance of machine repair and construction service.
• Coaching and Training Team to better process.
• Lead the implementation of operational projects in the workplace.
• Continuous improvement and efficiencies across the Company’s products and systems.

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• ดูแลจัดการเครื่องจักร CNC, เครื่องจักรการผลิตที่เกี่ยวข้อง (การจัดการเครื่องมือ)
• รับผิดชอบกิจกรรม TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) ทั้งภายในและภายนอก
• ควบคุมการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันและการบำรุงรักษาเชิงคาดการณ์ (PM)
• ควบคุมการซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรและบริการก่อสร้าง
• ฝึกสอนและฝึกอบรมเพื่อกระบวนการที่ดีขึ้น
• เป็นผู้นำในการดำเนินโครงการดำเนินงานในสถานประกอบการ
• ปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพผลิตภัณฑ์และระบบของบริษัทอย่างต่อเนื่อง


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-40 years
• Male only
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering fields
• At least 3 years’ experience in Maintenance Engineering (CNC) role in automotive industry fields
• At least 1 years’ experience as leader or above in Maintenance Engineering (CNC) role in automotive industry fields
• Experience in CNC Machine maintenance.
• Knowledge in IATF 16949
• Be able to use Auto CAD 2D, 3D or Solid work program
• Must possess good problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Results oriented, timeline driven with a hands-on attitude
• Good communication skill with strong leadership
• Conversation middle level of English

• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในบทบาทวิศวกรรมบำรุงรักษา (CNC) ในสาขาอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปีในฐานะผู้นำหรือสูงกว่าในบทบาทวิศวกรรมบำรุงรักษา (CNC) ในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักร CNC.
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ IATF 16949
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Auto CAD 2D, 3D หรือ Solid work ได้
• ต้องมีทักษะการแก้ปัญหาที่ดีและทักษะการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ
• เป็นคนมุ่งเน้นผลลัพธ์ ขับเคลื่อนไทม์ไลน์ด้วยทัศนคติที่ลงมือปฏิบัติจริง
• มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดีและมีความเป็นผู้นำสูง
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
