Senior Process Engineer (50K–75K) (SDG-110406)
วิศวกรอาวุโสฝ่ายกระบวนการ
<Job responsibilities>
• Prepare Process Engineering deliverable list, schedule and budget for the project, and execute engineering design and development activities of Process Engineering.
• Provide support on the tasks of bidding and technical or other issues required for clarification and solutions during the bidding/execution stage.
• Conduct Conceptual studies, FEED, and Detailed engineering design (if assigned).
• Assist in preparing and implementing the engineering standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Assist in preparing the engineering quality plan or any other project tasks.
• Prepare and issue key documents (datasheet, technical specification, calculation).
• Review the adequacy of design information for project execution.
• Control Process Engineering deliverables.
• Update weekly and monthly progress reports of the project.
• Contribute to facilitate problem resolution and work improvement of Process Engineering.
<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
• จัดทำรายการส่งมอบ กำหนดการ และงบประมาณด้านวิศวกรรมกระบวนการสำหรับโครงการ และดำเนินการออกแบบทางวิศวกรรมและกิจกรรมการพัฒนาของวิศวกรรมกระบวนการ
• ให้การสนับสนุนในงานประกวดราคา และปัญหาทางเทคนิคหรืออื่นๆ ที่ต้องมีการชี้แจงและหาแนวทางแก้ไขในระหว่างขั้นตอนการประกวดราคา/ดำเนินการ
• ดำเนินการศึกษาแนวคิด FEED และการออกแบบวิศวกรรมโดยละเอียด (หากได้รับมอบหมาย)
• ช่วยเหลือในการเตรียมและปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนปฏิบัติงานมาตรฐานทางวิศวกรรม (SOP)
• ช่วยเหลือในการเตรียมแผนคุณภาพทางวิศวกรรมหรืองานโครงการอื่น ๆ
• เตรียมและออกเอกสารสำคัญ (แผ่นข้อมูล, รายละเอียดทางเทคนิค, การคำนวณ)
• ทบทวนความเพียงพอของข้อมูลการออกแบบสำหรับการดำเนินโครงการ
• ควบคุมผลงานส่งมอบทางวิศวกรรมกระบวนการ
• อัปเดตรายงานความคืบหน้าของโครงการรายสัปดาห์และรายเดือน
• มีส่วนร่วมในการอำนวยความสะดวกในการแก้ไขปัญหาและปรับปรุงการทำงานของวิศวกรรมกระบวนการ
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in Process Engineering Design (in the Oil & Gas business).
• Knowledge of EPC Projects in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Good command of verbal and written in English (to communicate with foreigners within team)
• Chemical Engineer Professional Certification is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Process Engineering Design and Process Simulation Software.

• ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเคมี
• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในด้านการออกแบบวิศวกรรมกระบวนการ (ในธุรกิจน้ำมันและก๊าซ)
• ความรู้เกี่ยวกับโครงการ EPC ในอุตสาหกรรมน้ำมันและก๊าซ
• มีทักษะในการพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษที่ดี (เพื่อสื่อสารกับชาวต่างชาติภายในทีม)
• ใบรับรองวิชาชีพวิศวกรเคมีถือเป็นข้อได้เปรียบ
• ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการออกแบบวิศวกรรมกระบวนการและซอฟต์แวร์จำลองกระบวนการ
