Senior Project Engineer (Construction) (30K–70K) (SDG-117315)

<Job responsibilities>
- Supervise, Oversee, and Plan the execution of tasks for the team.
- Participate in strategic planning within the department and set clear, measurable, and practical performance indicators (KPIs).
- Implement policies from supervisors and manage projects to completion within the set timeline and objectives.
- Provide consultation and Resolve obstacles to ensure timely Project completion.
- Monitor, Track, and report Project progress, propose improvements, and address challenges to management.
- Train and develop the team to enhance their capabilities.
- Act as a liaison to foster good relationships within the Department, Promoting unity and teamwork.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer or Civil Engineer in the construction/real estate industry.
- Experience of team Management(senior level)
- Proficiency in Computer programs such as AutoCAD or others
- Conversational Middle level of English (email, documents)
- Have personal car and a valid driver's license.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Hands-on Experience with waterproofing systems is an advantage.
- Experience in managing installation projects for construction material contractors

Workplace Area: BTS Khu Khot
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday-Friday)
