Job Detail

Service Assistant Manager (Japanese Speaking) (40-50K) (SDG-38569)

<Job Responsibilities>
 Responsible for assignment team members according to project
 Scheduling management
 Work flow, Process and manual improvement
 Installation and do maintenance products existing clients with team members
 Maintaining relationship between clients and company and providing the after service
 Inventory control for machine parts and tools
 Visit customers and dealers sometimes (1 - 3 times/1 week)
 Monitoring on pricing, products, new products, delivered schedule, merchandising techniques, etc.
 Dealing with clients and dealers via e-mail and telephone.
 Support dealers for maintenance tasks and operation training
 Support for exhibitions and visitor demonstrations
 Report creation, collection, aggregation
 Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, 30-40 years old
 Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
 Conversational of Japanese and English level
 Working experience as Engineer with Engineer background for 3 years
 Management experience for one year at least
 Have driving license

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Working experience for Printer or Elevator industry

Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: Conversational Level

Workplace Area: BTS Udomsuk, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Monday – Friday)
