Service Engineer (Food Machine/On site) (20K–35K) (SDG-105455)
วิศวกรฝ่ายบริการ (เครื่องจักรอาหาร/On site)
<Job responsibilities>
- Plan Service job, urgently Repair, maintenance, and preventive maintenance for proper situations.
- Install /Demo /After-sales Service /Repair Machine at customer site.
- Contact and cooperate with sales, customers to support the best Service to get the best satisfaction
- Plan, control, and manage project work, new Machine Installation to Be smoothly and successfully as target
- Control and Follow up After-sales Service job, Service, maintenance, and PM job to Be on schedule and good results
- Control and manage stock system
- Manage Cost and Follow the budget target
- Visit clients in upcountry for providing Service by own drive (Mostly going with paired technician or small group depends on case)
- Others duties as assignment.
<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- วางแผนงาน Service เร่งด่วน ซ่อมแซม บำรุงรักษา เชิงป้องกันในสถานการณ์ที่เหมาะสม
- ติดตั้ง /สาธิต /บริการหลังการขาย /ซ่อมเครื่อง ณ สถานที่ของลูกค้า
- ติดต่อและร่วมมือกับฝ่ายขาย ลูกค้า เพื่อสนับสนุนการบริการที่ดีที่สุดเพื่อให้ได้รับความพึงพอใจสูงสุด
- วางแผน ควบคุม และบริหารจัดการงานโครงการ การติดตั้งเครื่องจักรใหม่ ให้เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและประสบความสำเร็จตามเป้าหมาย
- ควบคุมและติดตามงานบริการหลังการขาย งานบริการ งานซ่อมบำรุง และงาน PM ให้เป็นไปตามกำหนดเวลาและผลลัพธ์ที่ดี
- ควบคุมและจัดการระบบสต๊อก
- บริหารจัดการต้นทุนและทำตามเป้าหมายงบประมาณ
- เข้าพบลูกค้าต่างจังหวัดเพื่อให้บริการด้วยรถส่วนตัว (ส่วนใหญ่จะไปกับช่างคู่หรือกลุ่มเล็กแล้วแต่กรณี)
- หน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 24 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or related field
- At least 2 years experience in Machine maintenance, After sales service (Machine field) *Both Electrical & Mechanical
- knowledge of PLC
- Electric diagram, electric parts functions.
- Fair English (enough to understand English Manual and email)
- Can drive car with driving license (company car support)
- Can work on overtime and on holiday (in urgent case)
- Problem solving Skill, good Service mind
- MS. office, AutoCAD skill
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in Food industry
- Knowledgeable system of pneumatic, and hydraulic.
- Able to use AutoCAD 2D, and 3D
- knowledge and have Experience the stock management and ISO9001

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday-Friday (Saturday/Sunday occasionally))

- สัญชาติไทย , เพศชาย อายุ 24 - 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาไฟฟ้า, เครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักร, บริการหลังการขาย (สาขาเครื่องจักร) อย่างน้อย 2 ปี *ทั้งด้านไฟฟ้าและเครื่องกล
– ความรู้เกี่ยวกับบมจ.
- แผนภาพไฟฟ้า ฟังก์ชั่นชิ้นส่วนไฟฟ้า
- ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ (เพียงพอที่จะเข้าใจคู่มือภาษาอังกฤษและอีเมล)
- สามารถขับรถได้ มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์ (มีรถบริษัท)
- สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาและวันหยุดได้ (ในกรณีเร่งด่วน)
- มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหา มีใจบริการที่ดี
- ทักษะ MS Office, AutoCAD

- มีประสบการณ์ด้านอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร
- มีความรู้เรื่องระบบนิวเมติกส์และไฮดรอลิก
