Service Engineer (Welding machine) (20K–30K) (SDG-107497)
วิศวกรบริการ (เครื่องเชื่อม)

<Job responsibilities>
• Fully support customer and relationship building
• Provide field operations support to customers and take care our customer after sales
• Adhere to installation guidelines and industry best practices in order to deliver quality Field Operations.
• Carry out troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance servicing of machines,
• Write accurate professional reports on technical issues and interfacing with all involved functions.
• Responsible in setting up new machines and conducting pre-delivery inspection prior to installation
• Conduct technical training to team members and Customers when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
• สนับสนุนลูกค้าและการสร้างความสัมพันธ์อย่างเต็มที่
• ให้การสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานภาคสนามแก่ลูกค้าและดูแลลูกค้าหลังการขาย
• ปฏิบัติตามแนวทางการติดตั้งและแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีที่สุดในอุตสาหกรรมเพื่อส่งมอบการปฏิบัติงานภาคสนามที่มีคุณภาพ
• ดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหา ซ่อมแซม และบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักร
• เขียนรายงานอย่างมืออาชีพที่ถูกต้องเกี่ยวกับปัญหาทางเทคนิคและเชื่อมโยงกับฟังก์ชันที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด
• รับผิดชอบในการตั้งเครื่องจักรใหม่และดำเนินการตรวจสอบก่อนส่งมอบก่อนการติดตั้ง
• ดำเนินการฝึกอบรมด้านเทคนิคให้กับสมาชิกในทีมและลูกค้าเมื่อจำเป็น
• ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering or related field
• At least 2-3 years as Service Engineer/ machine maintenance or related
• Good knowledge in machinery/PLC
• Conversational middle level in English (for internal communication and reports)
• Good command in MS Office (Excel, word and PowerPoint)
• Have personal car and driving license
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
• Experiences in welding machines or dealing with automotive clients

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: BTS Udom Suk
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon - Fri (Sat: depends on the situation but normally employee does not have to work on Saturday))

- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย, หญิง อายุ 25 - 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
• วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• อย่างน้อย 2-3 ปีในตำแหน่งวิศวกรบริการ/บำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรหรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีความรู้ด้านเครื่องจักร/PLC เป็นอย่างดี
• ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ (สำหรับการสื่อสารภายในและรายงาน)
• คำสั่งที่ดีใน MS Office (Excel, word และ PowerPoint)
• มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวและมีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านเครื่องเชื่อมหรือติดต่อกับลูกค้าด้านยานยนต์

เวลาทำการ: 8:30-17:30 น.(จันทร์ - ศุกร์ (เสาร์: ขึ้นอยู่กับสถานการณ์ แต่ปกติพนักงานไม่ต้องทำงานในวันเสาร์))
