Service Engineer(Industrial machine) (28K–40K) (SDG-110706)
วิศวกรบริการ (เครื่องจักรอุตสาหกรรม)

<Job responsibilities>
• Onsite and in-house service for Industrial machines (Printed circuit board)
• New machines are installed, and equipment is maintained as required.
• Organizing service priority.
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers and internal teams to provide the best service.
• Submit the report and service document.
• Consult with the sale team.
• Generates relationships with sales team and customers.
• Build up confidence and customer satisfaction.
• Other tasks as assigned
**1-2 international business trips per year may be required(Vietnam, Malaysia, etc.)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
• บริการนอกสถานที่และภายในบริษัทสำหรับเครื่องจักรอุตสาหกรรม (แผงวงจรพิมพ์)
• ติดตั้งเครื่องจักรใหม่ และบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ตามที่จำเป็น
• การจัดการลำดับความสำคัญของการบริการ
• ประสานงานกับซัพพลายเออร์ต่างประเทศและทีมงานภายในเพื่อให้บริการที่ดีที่สุด
• ส่งรายงานและเอกสารการบริการ
• ปรึกษาหารือกับทีมงานฝ่ายขาย
• สร้างความสัมพันธ์กับทีมงานขายและลูกค้า
• สร้างความเชื่อมั่นและความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่มอบหมาย
**อาจต้องเดินทางไปต่างประเทศเพื่อธุรกิจ 1-2 ครั้งต่อปี (เวียดนาม มาเลเซีย เป็นต้น)


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering
- More than 3 years of experience as a service engineer for industrial machinery(Printed circuit board is preferred)
- Conversational high level of English(to communicate with the Oversee client)
- Have personal car with driver's license (To visit client)
- Character: patience and good communication with customers, conscientious
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Conversational level of Japanese or Chinese

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri)

- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า, อิเล็กทรอนิกส์, เครื่องกล, เมคคาทรอนิกส์
- มีประสบการณ์เป็นวิศวกรบริการเครื่องจักรอุตสาหกรรมมากกว่า 3 ปี (เน้นด้านแผงวงจรพิมพ์)
- สามารถสนทนาภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับสูง (เพื่อสื่อสารกับลูกค้า Oversee)
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวพร้อมใบขับขี่ (เพื่อไปพบลูกค้า)
- อุปนิสัย : อดทน และสื่อสารกับลูกค้าได้ดี มีจิตสำนึกรับผิดชอบ
